The entire process felt almost seamless! We were consistently communicated with, always given numerous options within our budget restrictions. When a delay occurred due to shipping, an alternative choice and/or timeline was presented. We are thrilled with the final outcome from turning our “vanilla box” into a warm, inviting, perfect home for us and our 3 dogs!
